Ms. Rachel J. McDowell, age 70 of LaFollette passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021.  She was of the Church of God Faith, a lifelong hairdresser, and loved crafts. Preceded in death by Parents, William and Julia Hopkins McCarver, and several Brothers and Sisters.

Survivors:   Daughter, Jennifer Wilson and husband, Kenneth; Brother, James Hopkins; Sister, Ruth Abigail “Abby” Wilson; Special Nieces, Christina Sutton and husband Greg and Tiffany Thompson; Special Great-Nieces, Kaylee and Oakley; Special Great-Nephew, Hunter.  Several other relatives and friends. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 4:00 P.M. Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Campbell County Masonic Lodge #778, 1005 East Central Avenue, LaFollette, TN with Rev. Fred Stagnolia, Sr. officiating.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. Saturday before Services.
