JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- Last week, the Campbell County Grand Jury returned the following indictments:
Nicholas Raske- DUI, DUI over .08, driving without a license
Melissa Pistello- second offense DUI, simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, simple possession of a schedule V controlled substance
Delana McGhee- aggravated burglary, vandalism under $1,000, assault, possession of drug paraphernalia
Connor Fitzpatrick- reckless endangerment, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, third offense DUI, leaving the scene of an accident.
Wyatt Morrow – reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, leaving the scene of an accident with injury, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving
Daris Cornett- second offense DUI, introduction of contraband into a penal institution, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance
Billy Morgan- DUI, DUI over .08
Sharon Goins- DUI, second offense driving on a revoked driver’s license
Maxsimino Arroyo Jr. -DUI, driving on a suspended license, reckless driving
Jeremy Voyles – possession of Meth more than .5 grams with intent to sell in drug free zone, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia
Bradley Brock- DUI, fourth offense driving on a revoked license, simple possession of methamphetamine
Scottie Tackett- harassment, two counts of aggravated stalking
William Wilson- DUI, simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance
Jamie Sexton- possession of Meth more than .5 grams with intent to sell, possession of prohibited weapon
Travis Robertson- theft over $2,500
Timothy Boles- burglary, theft over $1,000
Keith Partin -DUI, driving on a suspended license, altering registration plates
Matthew Cobb Jr.- felony evading, joyriding
Matthew Cobb Jr. – evading arrest
Crystal Deaton- vandalism over $1,000, assault, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage
Melissa Clark- possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver, felony possession of drug paraphernalia
