Richard Mack Chapman, age 43 of Greensburg KY, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Jane Todd Crawford Hospital, with his “next stop being Heaven.” He was born at Oak Ridge Hospital on August 8, 1978. Richard was a member of Speedwell Church of God. He was a loving father, son, and brother that enjoyed spending time with his family. He also enjoyed to fish and campout.

He is preceded in death by his special uncle and aunt Robie and Linda Farmer and grandparents Roy and Agnes Ford.

He is survived by his son; Shawn Bradley and Tyler; loving mother Rhonda Ford Chapman of Speedwell; father Ricky Chapman of Jacksboro; grandmother Belva Mae Chapman of Jacksboro; sister Nicole Wyatt (Bryan) of LaFollette; special cousin and caregiver Beckey and the Peer family; special cousins Robin and Joseph; and host of other relatives and friends that loved him very much.

The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:30 PM on Sunday, September 19, 2021in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 3:30 with Rev. Daniel Ellison and Rev. Elijah Ellison officiating. Interment to follow the funeral service at Indian Creek Cemetery.
