David Darrin Dykes
July 23, 1968 – September 20,2021
David Darrin Dykes, 53, died September 20, 2021. Dave was a loving and loyal son, father, brother, fiancé, and friend to all. He had an intense love for his family, and an equally strong passion for music, hunting, fishing, and motorcycles. Dave proudly served in our National Guard and was honored to have had the opportunity to serve. Dave was an amazing cook and was notorious for his barbeque. He never missed an opportunity to sing a song, tell a joke, and make sure everyone had a smile on their face. He was truly one of a kind and will be missed every single day.
He was the youngest son of Kenneth Dykes and Carol Ignaszewski

Dave retired from England’s Furniture after 31 years of service. He spent much of his retirement, making music, riding his Harley, hunting, collecting antiques and artifacts, making memories with his loved ones, and working on his amazing music room.

Dave was proceeded in death by his mother, Carol Ignaszewski.
Dave was survived by his son David Hagen Dykes; Father: Kenneth Dykes; Siblings: Brenda Struble Barbara Anderson (Dave), Kenny Dykes (Amy) Jim Dykes (Tracey); Fiancé and her son: Brandi Blake Seagroves, Richard Logan; and multiple nieces and nephews

Family will receive friends 5 PM to 7 PM Friday, September 24, 2021, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with the Funeral Service at 7 PM at Cross-Smith Chapel.
