Carolyn Sue Napier, 69, of Jacksboro, formerly of Harlan County, Kentucky, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 19, 2021.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her daughter Samantha Renea (1983), grandchildren Ethan Kael Wandrey (2005), Evanna ReNeah (2003), her brothers James Curtis Partin, Charles, Roy, and Marvin Napier and two sisters, Evelyn Adkins and Helen Tibbs.

She is survived by three daughters, LeAnna England (Shawn) and Bonnie Dinsmore of LaFollette, TN and Teresa Wandrey of Jacksonville, Florida and two sons, Richard Swader (Stacey) and Curtis Holsinger (Rosa), two sisters Christine Barnett-Blanton of Mason, OH and Shirley Helton-Riggs of Clarksville, TN.  Grandchildren: Dakota and Ridley Swader; James Michael Holsinger-Partin and Stone Jacksson Jewell-Partin, Viktorea Lynn Rinae and Kaelin Louis-Arthur Wandrey, James Andrew Jr., and Jade Jasper Roberta Booker; Tifa Rayne Dinsmore; RJ Dwight Collett, Larry Wayne and Allexis Grace England; Stepchildren, James and Earl Boggs and Michelle Shockley and a host of great-grandchildren.  She is also beloved by many nieces and nephews and all the children that have graced her home over the years.

Visitation will be held on Friday, the 24th of September 2021, from 11AM – 1PM in the chapel of the Henson and Rich Funeral Home.

Funeral services will also be on Friday at 1PM at the funeral home with a graveside service immediately following at Meade Family Cemetery at Smith, KY. Family and friends will be serving as pallbearers.
