JELLICO, TN (WLAF) – A 38-year- old Stinking Creek man was arrested for the 26th time last Friday, according to jail records.  Darrell Joseph Kidwell, who is unemployed, had been warned several times by police about trespassing on the grounds of Jellico Towers on Broad Street, reports indicate.

Based on the report from the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office, last Friday at 6pm, CCSO Deputy Raymond Surber observed Kidwell on the Jellico Towers property.  Kidwell was taken into custody and transported to the county jail.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 09/29/2021-6AM)
