Allen Scott Owens, born 11/14/1961 in LaFollette, TN passed away 10/29/2021 at St. Mary’s Mercy Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  

Scott was a Christian and Marine Veteran.  He was extremely proud of his service for his Country.  Cars were his interest, either taking his Jeep on trail rides or enjoying going to the races and helping his friend with his race car.  Scott was a family man which meant the most to him.

Scott was preceded in death by his biological Mother, Lorene Kitts, Two Brothers, Dwayne and Rex Kitts, Sister, Darlene, and Grandmother and Grandfather, Minie and Marson Owens.

He left behind his wife, Barbara Owens from Grand Rapids, MI; Two Daughters, Amanda (Owens) Lowe from LaFollette, TN, and Virginia Owens from Grand Rapids, MI; Two Sons, Samuel Brandsasse from Eldorado, IL, and Joshua Harris from Marion, IL; very proud Grandpa of Seven Grandchildren; Mother, Sue Barrett of Duff, TN, and Father, James Owens and wife, Donna of Elberta, AL; Siblings, Sandy Hanks of Washington State, D’onna Allen of LaFollette, TN, Rachael Barrett of Knoxville, TN, Brian Kitts of LaFollette, TN, and Molly Owens of Morristown, TN.  Lots of Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.

Scott was a loving Husband, Father, and Friend. He will be forever in our thoughts and hearts.

Graveside Services Sunday, November 14, 2021, 1:00 P.M. at Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Kenny Allen officiating.
