LUB has billing issues with bills due Dec. 14

LAFOLLETTE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – Officials with LUB (La Follette Utilities Board) announce they are dealing with a billing issue.

Some, but not all, of LUB’s latest cycle of bills that mailed out were printed incorrectly through LUB’s printing company. If you have received a bill that is due on December 14, 2021, and see that the amounts have printed three times in the middle portion of your bill, please contact the LUB office (423.562.3316) for the correct balance.  

LUB is working to correct those bills and will be mailing corrected bills soon.  LUB apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 11/292/2021-NOON)
