Pamela Jane Youakim of Caryville, Tn passed away on November 30th, 2021 at Lafollette Medical Center.  Pam is proceeded in death by her mother Martha Jane White.  

Late husbands: Joseph Elias Youakim III and Dale William Lamphier.

Brothers:  Raymond Leonard Cox, Samuel Duane Cox, Steven Jerome Cox, Christopher Bruce Cox, and Samuel Paul Welch.  

She is survived by her daughter: Christel Martha Rae Weltch.  

Son: Dale William Richard and Joy Lamphier. 

Brother: John Gregory Cox. 

Grandchildren: Bruce, Rachel, Ty, and Megan.

Great grandchildren: Ryleigh, Gabe, Amulus, Jacobi, Elias, and Michael.  

Nieces:  Raquel Daniels, Casey Cox, Jamie Sampson, and Jennifer Cox Carroll.

Nephews: Duane Cox, Christopher Cox, and Raymond Cox.

Family and friends will meet on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 1 PM for a graveside service at Cox Cemetery in the Bethel Community, Clinton, TN.
