JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Manahouse Coffee is WLAF’s business of the week. The coffee shop/gaming location combo has a fresh open atmosphere with plenty of space to enjoy a hot or cold beverage, snacks and gaming with friends.

Manahouse Coffee has a large variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffees, teas as well as sodas. They serve up a delicious Panini and also have donuts and muffins. Current seasonal specials include a Christmas cold brew, a Biscoff Latte and a Peppermint Mocha.

Located in the former Radio Shack in the Pointe Center in Jacksboro, the coffee shop opened up on October 4 and is veteran owned. It is co-owned by Donald Leatherwood and Amanda Baker. The couple are both military veterans, with Baker serving in the Navy and Leatherwood in the Army. He is from Virginia Beach, and she’s from San Francisco. The pair was originally looking for a house in North Carolina, but fell in love with a house in Campbell County instead.

Manahouse has tons of space for gaming and hanging out. They serve hot and cold beverages, as well as donuts, muffins and Paninis. They are also on Door Dash.

The pair named their business Manahouse as a dual meaning. Mana was Baker’s nickname growing up, and in the gaming world Mana means energy and in the everyday world, coffee equals energy.

The pair said they have loved moving to the area.

“It’s been great, this is my favorite place I have ever lived,” Baker said.

Manahouse Coffee co-owner Amanda Baker has holiday specials on sale. Come try the Christmas Cold Brew or the Peppermint Mocha and more!

Manahouse Coffee is located at 310 Main Street in Jacksboro. Business hours are Monday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. However, the owners are flexible with their hours and if gamers have something going, hours can be extended. The coffee shop is open for gaming and hosts specific games on different nights. Friday night is Magic, Saturday will be Hunt a Killer, Sunday is Dungeons and Dragons.
