Joe was a true man of God who gently and lovingly lived his faith.  His strength of spirit would fill a room brightening the lives of all who knew him.  He was and always will be our light cheering us on through this world, until we meet again.  We are all better because he lived.  “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful.”  II Timothy 4:8.  “…He has clothed me with garments of salvation, and has covered me with a robe of righteousness…”. Isaiah 61:10
