WHITE OAK, TN (WLAF) – Timing was not good for David Delk. Delk just happened to be in Smokies Market at the same time Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy Preston Mullins was.

On Sat., Dec. 18, Deputy Mullins saw Delk knowing that Delk had warrants out for his arrest. The deputy confirmed the warrants and placed Delk under arrest without incident.

Delk, 49, 118 Hatmaker Hollow Lane, Duff is scheduled to appear in court on January 25. Based on jail records, this was Delk’s 10th arrest. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/27/2021-6AM)
