An EMT with the Campbell County EMS checks on the driver of one of the pick up trucks involved in a Sunday evening wreck.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Two Chevrolet pick-up trucks collided head-on on the four lane around 6:30pm Sunday in front of La Follette Fire Station Number Two.

An eyewitness tells WLAF news that one pick up truck was headed toward La Follette while the other was Jacksboro bound. The truck driving west allegedly crossed over into the east bound lanes striking the other truck then spinning it around pointing it back toward Jacksboro.

Neither driver was injured. Traffic was down to one lane in both directions for the better part of an hour.

This truck was Jacksboro bound according to an eye witness.

La Follette Fire and Police responded along with Campbell County EMS and Sheriff’s Office. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 01/02/2022-7:30PM)
