LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF)- James ‘Bucky’ McCulley has been arrested and is facing multiple narcotics charges.

The charges are part of a search warrant that stemmed from several alleged undercover narcotics purchases from McCulley, Campbell County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) authorities said.

Sheriff Robbie Goins’ detectives, Drug Investigation Division and SWAT Team continue making drug arrests around Campbell County. The latest came Tuesday night at an apartment complex on Loop Road. 

While at the 1308 Loop Road residence, police saw two small plastic bags that appeared to have been thrown from a window. They later learned the bags contained Methamphetamine, the report said.

McCulley was located in the apartment along with the discovery additional Methamphetamine, a large quantity of Gabapentin pills, hypodermic syringes, glass meth pipes, and digital scales.

McCulley was charged with possession of schedule II (Methamphetamine) for resale, possession of schedule V (Gabapentin) for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.

Apartment 123 is where Tuesday night’s sheriff’s raid took place.

“The CCSO began investigating McCulley in May 2020 for allegedly selling narcotics. He was arrested for the manufacturing, sell, and delivery of a controlled substance shortly after, but was released the same day after posting a $25,000 bond,” sheriff’s officials said.

Also arrested as a result of Tuesday night’s search warrant were Dawn Michelle Kitts and Teresa Ann Berry. Kitts was arrested for possession of schedule II (Methamphetamine) controlled substance and an outstanding capias bench warrant. Berry was arrested for a capias bench warrant for theft, criminal trespassing, and possession of schedule III and IV controlled substances. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED 01/07/2022- 6AM)
