Charlene Kennedy Seiber, age 57, of Lake City, peacefully passed away, Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at her residence with her husband of 36 years by her side. Charlene was born, September 1, 1964 to the late Charlie and Marie Kennedy in Waukegan, Illinois. As the oldest of three girls, she was quite mischievous, but also the best big sister. 
 Charlene was the life of the party no matter where she went. She was always laughing. Her laugh was her trademark. She was smart and funny and had the biggest heart of anyone you’d ever meet. Charlene was always there to help no matter the need, whether it be a place to stay or a listening ear. She never met a stranger and always had your back no matter what. 

Charlene is survived by husband, Jessie Seiber of Lake city, daughter Kristen (Eric) Bunch of Jacksboro, grandchildren Kylah, Alexas, and Zachary, sister Dana (David) Criger of Beach Park, Illinois, sister Carol Tate of Lake City, several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other family members and great friends. 

A memorial celebration to honor Charlene will be held at a later date.
