LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A busy start to the new week is ahead for City of La Follette leaders.

Monday at 5:30pm the workshop begins at city hall. Up for discussion will be a hotel-motel tax, Dust of Hope Ministries and bids for card reader door locks for the municipal building.

A final reading will take place on the amendment to the La Follette Regional Planning Commission Bylaws followed by a first reading on the hotel-motel tax. Seven resolutions are also on the agenda.

A public hearing will be held Tuesday at 5:30pm at La Follette City Hall and will precede the city council meeting that is scheduled to approve the final passage of Ordinance 2022-01-Amendment to the La Follette Planning Commission Bylaws.
