NEWCOMB, TN (WLAF) – A blown headlight cost a Jellico woman a trip to jail last Monday. While traveling on Woodlridge Pike in Newcomb late last Monday, Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy Dakota Williams saw a car with a passenger side headlight out. He conducted a traffic stop and spoke with the driver, Cheryl Christine Musick.

While Williams was talking with Musick, she told him that her driver’s license was suspended. Williams checked with dispatch and confirmed that she had two prior offenses for driving while suspended. Williams arrested Musick and transported her to the jail.

Musick, 54, 541 Douglas Ln, Apt. A, Jellico was charged with driving while suspended, violation light law and violation of probation (General Sessions Court). (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 03/07/2022-6AM)
