Cross Valley Road is back open. Work continues on Henson Road.

LAFOLLETTE, (WLAF) – Cross Valley Road is now open.  The crew paved and reopened Cross Valley earlier in the day on Tuesday.

The contractor plans to continue work at Henson Road; the next road traveling west.  “Next week, Tuesday, March 29, the contractor intends to temporarily close Fincastle Road,” said Matt Edens, operations district supervisor for Operations Division, District 19, in La Follette.

In a similar manner to the other side roads, the contractor will need to temporarily close Fincastle Road to allow for grading and paving.  As done on other roads, the contractor expects to continuously progress at this location until its completion.  It is anticipated the Fincastle Road closure will last approximately 14 days.
