LAFOLLETTE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – The Derby is right around the corner. As the community welcomes the Derby back for the first time since 2019, it will be with a special guest, Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs.

The Down & Derby Ed Wheeler Memorial Fundraiser benefiting CHET (Community Health of East Tennessee) will be held at ClaiHill Farm on Saturday, May 7. The event starts at 5pm, and tickets go on sale HERE on Friday April 1. Tickets are limited. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 03/29/2022-6AM)
