LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A photo (above) from about 1927 of Conda Richards (left) and mechanic Author Stout was dug out of the archives by WLAF’s Charlie Hutson.

In the day, this building served as one of La Follette’s downtown auto repair shops.

It was taken inside Conda Richard’s Automobile Repair Shop, and the garage building still stands today. The former garage is on Nevada Avenue between Ellison Supply and the Ben Rogers Building.

There’s not a Model T in sight these days around the one time auto repair shop.
