Rodrick “Roddy” Dwayne Rhymer, age 64 of Jacksboro, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at LaFollette Medical Center. He was born on December 14, 1957 to the late Esco and Cleo (Willoughby) Rhymer. He enjoyed watching old movies and cartoons on DVD, until he discovered YouTube then it was all about YouTube on his tablet.

He is survived by his brother Danny Rhymer and wife Jan of Clinton; special aunt Lenore Willoughby Grant; special cousins Vickie Huddleston and Eugene, Sherry Neal and Jerry; Jerome Grant and Veronica, and George Grant; nephews Grant Stephens and wife Ashley, and Logan Stephens and wife Nicky.

A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Bo Freeman officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:15 AM at Martin Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday, April 7, 2022 to go in funeral procession to Baker’s Forge Cemetery for an 11:00 AM interment.
