LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – WLAF’s Charlie Hutson turns Throwback Thursday back to 1922. It’s a look 100 years ago at the Tri County Fair.  

Back in the day, the fair grounds was the area where the East and West 4th Streets neighborhood is today, just up from Hollingsworth’s Meat Market. Later this area became the location where Wheeler Hollingsworth built homes for workers at the Clinton Engineering Works of the 1940s. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 04/28/2022-6AM)
