TOP PHOTO: One person had to be cut out of a car and then airlifted to a Knoxville hospital while another patient was transported by ground ambulance as the result of an afternoon wreck in east La Follette. LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – From a minor ATV wreck on Knox Hollow Road to a medical helicopter flying out a patient from an accident between new and old highways 63, it was a busy day on Sunday for first responders.

An SUV on its side, a two car wreck on the four lane at the entrance to Weir Woods and a mishap on the interstate at I-75 Mile Marker 156 on the northbound side were the other three incidents.
