NASHVILLE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – Campbell Countians Austin Ayers and Noah Smith, along with other cadets with the University of Tennessee Army ROTC Program, met with Gov. Bill Lee, Secretary of State Tre Hargett and Director of Elections Mark Goins, a Campbell County native, in Nashville on Tuesday.
