LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A call of a possible domestic disturbance sent Deputy Jacob Fox to Big O’s on Sun., May 1. When Fox arrived, he spoke with a woman who reported her boyfriend, Matthew Blake Seiber, was extremely intoxicated and attempted to exit the vehicle while moving multiple times before she stopped, and he got out and had been walking down the center of Carl Stiner Hwy.

The woman told Fox Seiber finally got back into the vehicle and they continued to Big O’s where he got out of the vehicle again and began walking toward the highway, according to a report from the sheriff’s office.

Fox was able to speak with Seiber, while doing so he noticed he was allegedly unsteady on his feet and slurring his speech. Being concerned about Seiber’s safety due to his intoxication and previous actions he was arrested and transported to the jail.

Seiber, 21, 198 Pleasant Ridge Drive, LaFollette is charged with public intoxication. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 05/12/2022-6AM)

  1. Why do you all have to make a story out of everything. This is a good kid that made a mistake. He works and cares for his family. Never been in trouble in his life. Y’all like nothing better but to humiliate others for a story!! Go do a story on public intoxication about the tweakers down town that talks to trees and reminds you of the zombie apocalypse!!
