Richard Bain, the man of many colors, scraped and painted the rails and columns on Wednesday at First Baptist Church of La Follette.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – With the world literally coming to General Carl Stiner’s hometown, preparations are underway to host the expected throng.

Columns at First Baptist Church of La Follette have a new look.

Richard Bain was out early on Wednesday doing his portion of the prep by touching up the paint around First Baptist Church where the late general’s services will be held.

  1. GENERAL CARL STINER WAS A HUMAN BEING WHO DESERVED THE RED, WHITE, AND BLUE…THANKS TO THIS MAN …..I JUST WISH HIS FUNERAL SERVICE COULD HAVE BEEN TELEVISED FOR THOSE OF US WHO COULD NOT ATTEND TO HONOR HIM….
