LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A La Follette man remains housed in the Campbell County Jail this morning following an arrest for driving under the influence (DUI).

A Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy, on routine patrol, stopped a vehicle being driven by Brian Sipos on Sunday night in east La Follette. The traffic stop came on the hill above Big O’s where McCarty Road meets Trace Road.

Sipos, 50, of 205 Kilgore Circle, La Follette, was charged with his second DUI along with violation of the implied consent law, hands free Tennessee, felony possession of schedule II and possession of schedule VI. Based on jail records, Sipos has a $10,000 secure bond and is due in court on July 12. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 06/21/2022-6AM)
