LAFOLLETTE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – The Carl Stiner family expresses our sincere appreciation and gratitude for the outpouring of love and respect from the citizens of Campbell County who lined the streets as the funeral procession traveled from the church to the cemetery June 11.  It was beautiful.
