JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)-The following indictments were returned last week by the Campbell County Grand Jury. These individuals will be arraigned at 8:30 am tomorrow in criminal court.

Jared Lay (6/30/98)- DUI, driving without a license

Adam Blankenblicker (1/23/79) – evading arrest

Wm. Poston (10/24/77) – felony evading, three counts reckless endangerment, aggravated vehicular assault, DUI, fifth offense driving on a revoked license

Ben Teague (2/28/91)- assault, aggravated assault

Brittany Leach (5/2/92)- DUI

Jennifer Overton (3/8/79)- DUI

Alisha Murray (3/5/86)-   DUI

Mariah Wonders (6/24/94)- possession of a schedule III controlled substance

Mary Murray (2/8/76)- four counts aggravated assault, assault

Derrick Jordan (8/20/86)- DUI

Travis Elliott (7/17/81)- possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, felony possession of drug paraphernalia , second offense driving on revoked license

Travis Smith (1/9/90) – possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, evading arrest, resisting arrest

Alisha Murray (3/5/86)- felony evading arrest, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia

James Truitt 2nd (3/9/84)- vandalism under $1,000, possession of drug paraphernalia  

Gregory Bolton (3/22/69)- aggravated assault, second offense driving on a revoked license           

Joseph Wilson (1/9/93) – two counts aggravated burglary, vandalism over $1,000, theft over $1,000, theft under $1,000

Faith Evans (5/17/97)- forgery, theft under $1,000

Jeffrey Gross (8/1/74)- DUI

Tracy Ray Jr. (4/10/83)- aggravated child abuse and neglect in a child under 8, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, two counts possession of drug paraphernalia         

Tiffany Ames (6/25/95) – two counts aggravated child abuse and neglect in a child under 8, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, two counts possession of drug paraphernalia   

Cody Franzmann (2/15/91)- possession of a schedule  II controlled substance over .5 grams with intent to sell

Penny Campbell (6/17/88)- possession of a schedule  II controlled substance over .5 grams with intent to sell, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to sell

April Walden (10/8/91) – possession of a schedule  II controlled substance over .5 grams with intent to sell, possession of a schedule  II controlled substance over .5 grams with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia , felony possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction of driver’s view        

Kyrasha Givens (7/15/82)- attempted second degree murder, aggravated assault with serious bodily injury, aggravated assault, theft over $10,000, vandalism over $10,000, two counts assault, auto burglary, resisting arrest
