Benjamin Comer Jr., age 77 of Anderson SC, formerly of LaFollette TN passed away Sunday, August 14, 2022. He was saved and baptized at an early age, and lived a very quiet life. He is preceded in death by parents Ben and Dorothy Ivey Comer, sisters Sarah Cast and Mary Wilson, brother Kenneth Comer.

Survivors:

Son: Travis and wife Sarai Comer

Grandsons: Boris and Cameron Comer

Brothers: Hubert (Carol) Comer, Bill, Jerry, and Kermit Comer, Charles (Pat ) Comer, J.W. (Joanna) Comer.

Sisters: Catherine (J.R) Kitts, Effie Hooks

Along with several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Family will receive friends from 12-2 PM Saturday August 20 at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 2 PM in the Cross-Smith Chapel with Rev. J.R. Kitts officiating. Interment to follow at Sunrise Cemetery.
