FOUNTAIN CITY, TN (WLAF) – The Lady Cougars fell to the Central Bobcats on Thursday night. Amber shares her 50 photos in her photo gallery HERE on demand.

The Cougars started with a deficit straight out of the gate with the Bobcats being able to score within the first sixty seconds.  The Bobcats didn’t stop there and were able to score three more times within the first ten minutes.  The Cougars could not recover from such a deficit so early in the game and were down 6-0 at the half.

The second half held much of the same, and the Cougars could not get any momentum.  Most of the second half looked more like a passing drill for the Bobcats who were able to control the entire field and pass at will with not much pressure by the Lady Cougars.  There were a few promising plays. However these were overshadowed by the commanding Bobcats.  Sage Elwin was able to score the sole point of the match for the Cougars, but it was trumped by two more goals from Central leaving the final score 8-1.
