JACKSBORO,TN. (WLAF)- Yesterday morning, Bobby Vann was sworn in for his fourth term as the Campbell County Circuit Court Clerk.

Vann, along with staff of clerks, was sworn in by Eighth Judicial District Circuit Court Judge John McAfee.

The staff of court clerks was also sworn in yesterday.
