Francis Lucille Smith, age 88, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2022. She was a beloved mother and grandmother

Preceded in death her husband Ralph Smith; parents James and Della Lee. 

She leaves behind 2 daughters, Diane Shands and husband Everett of Arkansas; Debbie Mueller of Cincinnati, OH; brothers, Ewell Lee and George Lee of Lafollette, TN. 4 grandchildren Gail, Ashley, Edward, and Blake; and 5 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday September 10, 2022 from 1 PM to 2 PM in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home in Lafollette, TN.  Friends and family will go in funeral procession to Campbell Memorial Gardens for a graveside services.
