Jay Carroll, age 68, of LaFollette passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022. He was of the Baptist Faith. Preceded in death by parents: Jasper and Ollie Phillips Carroll, sister: Josie Carter, brothers: Donnie, Bobby and Ronnie Carroll

Family will receive friends 12-2 PM Friday, October 7, 2022, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 2 PM Cross-Smith Chapel. Interment to follow funeral service at Bakers Forge Cemetery.
