George Richard Nonnsen, age 75, of LaFollette passed away Sunday, October 9, 2022. Preceded in death by parents: Calvin and Helen Nonnsen, sister: Carolyn Nonnsen, grandparents: Nora Irwin and Jake Rucker of LaFollette

He was a kind, very funny and compassionate man who was good at board games and very witty. He loved fast cars, the blues and his cross-word puzzles.

Family and friends will meet at Cross-Smith Funeral Home Thursday, October 13, 2022, for a 2 PM funeral service officiated by Mikey White with Interment to follow at Bakers Forge Cemetery with Military Honors given by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
