LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Whether it’s health, auto, life insurance and much more, E.E. Hill and Son has the insurance coverage you need. As an independent insurance agency, they do the difficult work of finding the best rates for the client’s specific needs.
With three generations of insurance experience, E.E. Hill and Son can match the insurance package to your life and has been serving Campbell County for nearly 100 years.
Owned and operated by Lansden Hill Jr., the business was started in 1925 by Hill’s grandfather and is now in its third generation of family ownership. It is an independent insurance agency. Originally located on the second floor of the original People’s National Bank, the business moved to the building by the former Kay’s Ice cream shop in the 1950s. The insurance business was located there until it moved to its current location in the early 1970s on West Central Avenue.
Hill’s father originally worked for his dad, taking time off to serve his country in World War II, before coming back and purchasing the business in the early 1960s. He sold it to his son Lansden in the late 1970’s.
Hill describes the insurance business as always being a “love of his life.”
“It’s the family business; we’ve been serving the community for nearly 100 years. The insurance business has served me well, but it wouldn’t be a success without my dedicated and experienced staff,” Hill said, adding that all of the staff has a “commitment of service” to clients.
Open Monday through Friday, E.E. Hill and Son has the perfect insurance coverage for individuals and businesses alike. Home, auto, boat, commercial, life, health, bonds, supplemental, and special event insurance are all available. E.E. Hill and Son is prepared to provide a no-cost, no-obligation review and comparison of your insurance coverage in order to find the best price and plan.
