JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – The postseason is here. Campbell’s 5 & 5 mark and McMinn County’s 8 & 2 record get wiped clean as the second season begins for the Cougars and Cherokees Friday at 7pm at Athens. This marks the fifth meeting in this series that dates back to 1977. Each team has won twice, both home and away. Friday’s match-up is the first in the postseason. McMinn represents Region 4-AAAAA while Campbell is out of Region 3-AAAAA
