Charles Howard “Chuck” Morgan age 73 of LaFollette, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022 in Dallas, Ga. He was born on September 13, 1949 to the late Marvin and Mary (Wilburn) Morgan. He enjoyed playing guitar, woodworking, fishing, and sport shooting. Charles served in the United States Navy for over 20 years and was a member of the Campbell County Honor Guard.

He is preceded in death by his first wife Dora (Ayers) Morgan; second wife Dorothy (Westmoreland) Morgan; grandson Brantley James Withrow; brothers Eugene Morgan and Virgil Morgan; and sisters Glenna Morgan, Reba Norman, Eva Davis, Lola Teague, and Ann Berry.

He is survived by his daughters Cheri Morgan Greenway and husband Roger William Greenway II of Evans, GA and Misty Morgan Withrow and husband Nate Withrow of Dallas, GA; grandchildren Christopher Charles Morgan Greenway, Caroline Elizabeth Greenway, Sara Catherine Greenway, Easton Nathaniel Withrow, HM3 Jacob B. Ivey USN and wife Sydney Dudley Ivey, and Caleb Charles Ivey USAF; brother Leroy Morgan; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. J.T. Asbury officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 PM on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in funeral procession to Davis Cemetery for a 2:00 pm interment with Military Honors giving by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
