JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Three Campbell County people, with lengthy arrest records were each arrested twice over the weekend within hours of each of their original arrests, according to jail officials.

Clifford Lee Bolton, 53, of 592 Big Four Road, La Follette was arrested on Saturday for PI (public intoxication) and was released on bond. By Sunday, Bolton was back in the Campbell County Jail for theft of property under $1,000 and on another PI charge.

Ashley Marie Carrroll, 34, of 944 Pleasant Ridge Road, La Follette was arrested twice on Saturday. Carroll’s first arrest stemmed from criminal trespassing and possession of a schedule III controlled substance charge. After her release on bond, she was arrested later on the same day for aggravated criminal trespassing, assault, resisting stop-frisk-halt-arrest or search, introduction or possession in a penal institution and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

On Friday, Billy Joseph Randolph, 43, of 428 Dilbeck Lane, Caryville was arrested on two different occasions. Both arrests were made on Loop Road in La Follette with the first for disorderly conduct. After Randolph was released on bond, he was arrested again on Friday. The second arrest was for criminal trespassing.

Jail records reveal that Bolton remains housed in the Campbell County Jail this morning on a $1,000 bond. Carroll is still jailed though without bond. Randolph has a $2,000 bond and is still in jail.

Bolton has two pages of arrests while Carroll and Randolph also have multiple arrests based on jail records. One jail official describes the trio as having lengthy arrest records. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/06/2022-6AM)
