Gaynell Hensley age 92 departed this life on Wednesday, December 14, 2022. She was born April 15, 1930 in Hazard, Kentucky to the late Maynard and Claudia Hembree. Gaynell enjoyed sewing and was of the Baptist faith.   

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sibling, Lenville Hembree.

Gaynell is survived by her loving husband, Howard Hensley; children, Karla Cope and husband, David and Steve Hensley; grandchildren, Evan and Madeline Cope; siblings, Carl Hembree and wife, Dorothy, Lawrence Hebert Hembree and wife, Pat; sister in law, Nancy Hembree; several nieces, nephews, and host of other relatives and friends.  

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow visitation at 2:15 PM at Campbell Memorial Gardens.
