Linda Faye Cordell Enix of Rocky Top, Tennessee, passed away on January 1, 2023. She was 73 years old. Linda was born in Lafollette, Tennessee, on September 11, 1949, and served the Lord faithfully throughout her life, often travelling with her father (Ralph Cordell) to play music for Bible Schools. Linda was a loving and kind woman who brought joy to everyone she met. She was a devoted wife, caring sister, and beloved mother and grandmother. Most importantly, she had a beautiful relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and read the Bible daily. She was reading it through for the 25th time when she passed. Linda and her family have the assured hope that death is not the end, and she is forever with the Lord.

She is preceded in death by father, Ralph Cordell; mother, Helen Cordell; siblings, Phyllis Cordell, and Connie Cordell.

She is survived by husband of 41 years Richard Enix; children, Christopher Enix and wife Charity; Jonathan Enix; siblings, Margaret Davis, Doris Sharp and husband Mickey, Debbie Ragain and husband Jay, Paul Cordell and wife Loretta, Steve Cordell and wife Emily; grandchildren, Luke and Noahlynn; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 from 5-7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7pm with Pastor Christopher Enix officiating.   2. I am so sorry about the loss of Linda. She was a very fine and special person. She will be sadly missed, but I know she is having a great time in heaven right now. My prayers are with the Cordell family and if there is anything I can do for the family I will be happy to help anyway possible.
