JACKSBORO, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – The election for the Town of Jacksboro is scheduled for April, and three petitions were picked up and returned for the three aldermen posts that will be on the ballot.

Greg Cross and Mark Lay will be on the ballot for a full term. Roy Green’s name goes on the ballot, too, as he seeks to finish a two-year unexpired term. Cross and Lay were appointed late last year to fill alderman vacancies left when Jerri Starrett and Brian Osborn resigned.
