JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Tonight marks the final doubleheader of the year for Campbell as the Lady Cougars close the regular season when Sunbright visits. Watch the games televised live over the WLAF – Lindsay’s Carpet & Paint Center video player. The Cougars have one more regular season game on Friday as they host Whitley.

The seniors of winter sports will be recognized during a ceremony between the games. Student-Athletes, seniors, will be presented from basketball, cheer, dance and JROTC.

There’s no JV game as the Lady Cougars tip at 6:00 o’clock followed by the Cougars at 7:30pm. Friday’s home games with Whitley feature the JV Cougars at 6pm followed by the Cougars-n-Colonels.

The Lady Cougars improve to 11 & 16 while the Cougars now have 10 victories against 14 losses. Sunbright visits Thursday for two varsity only games. The girls game tips at 6:00 with the Cougars in the night cap at 7:30pm.

Almost three months ago is when Campbell and the Tigers played at Sunbright. The Lady Cougars won 67-38 while the Cougars marked down a 64-37 victory. The Lady Tigers, 24 & 9 a season ago, enter Thursday’s game with 12 wins against 15 losses while the Tigers are 5 & 16. Sunbright wraps up its regular season on Friday with games at Wartburg Central against the Bulldogs.

The WLAF-Doyle’s Tire Shop Sports Network provides the live radio and television coverage of Thursday’s varsity games beginning at 5:50pm. That’s radio AM 1450 and FM 100.9 along with the live telecast over WLAF-TV 12.
