Marshall Shawn Nelson, age 47, of Knoxville passed away Monday, February 6, 2023.  He was of the Baptist faith.  Preceded in death by Mother: Wanda Joyce Nelson and Marshall Stuart, Grandmother: Irene Nelson, and Half-Sister: Misty Dawn Brown.

Survived by:

Daughter: Alina Hardin and husband Steven

Sons: Trevor Lee Nelson and Dennis Moore

Grandchildren: Jordan, Jonah and Jaiden

Sister: Selena Fairchild and husband David

Family will receive friends 12:00-2:00 PM Friday, February 10th, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with service to follow at 2:00 PM in Cross-Smith Chapel, Rev. Chris Thomas officiating.  Interment will follow service at Bakers Forge Cemetery.
