LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – At the height of Friday night’s storm, one out of every three LUB customers was without power; more than 8,000. “This was one of the worst wind storms, especially in a long while,” said Kenny Baird, General Manager of La Follette Utilities Board. To all who worked on these outages,

We moved here about four years ago from a much larger city with many more resources. It would have taken them 3 times as long to do what your teams did!

We know you spent long hours fixing these problems and appreciate it!

WILL BE GLAD WHEN ALL THE POWER IS ON…AND OUR MEN CAN GET SOME REST…… THE BOYS HAVE PROBABLY WORKED HARD TO RESTORE THE POWER …GOD BLESS OUR MEN WHO TIRESLY GET THE POWER BACK ON
