Today we will honor a shining star whose light burned out way too soon.

His devotion to his family and his love of his heavenly Father gave him the strength to fight a courageous battle till the end.

Grover had a big life and a big heart. One where he had an impact on so many of, kindness, humility, giving, and most of all LOVE! He loved the Lord and there’s no doubt of where he is. I’m sure his mother and dad are happy to see their baby boy.

He certainly will be missed by his wife and soul mate, Teresa of 38 years. The light of his life, daughter Cheyenne. One of the greatest days of his life was when he held his baby girl’s baby, Slade. He sure loved that little girl, and she loves her Pap. Son-in-law Chris Fustos and hunting buddy.

This man loved and was loved. A life so wonderfully lived deserves to be wonderfully remembered.

He claimed this verse:

Proverbs 18:24- A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who stays closer than a brother.

To have a friend, you must be a friend. He lived this every single day.
