JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Last week the Campbell County Grand Jury handed down several indictments. The following individuals will be arraigned March 27 at 9 am:

James Norris – evading arrest, resist stop frisk halt, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule V controlled substance, two counts of failure to appear  

James Norris – possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a schedule I controlled substance (Heroin) with intent to sale, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to deliver, , possession of a schedule V controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, third offense driving on a revoked license, failure to appear

James Norris- simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance, two counts of failure to appear

Felicia Williams- two counts of  possession of a firearm by a convicted felon , filing a false report, three counts of child neglect  

Dante L Firman – two counts of domestic assault

Daniel Jesus-Cartina Portillo – evading arrest, two counts of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest

Joseph Derrick Morris – third offense DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence  

Robin Christine Meadows- felony evading arrest, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, introduction of contraband into a penal institution.

David Lee Taylor – possession of a schedule I controlled substance (Heroin) with intent to sale, possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Fentanyl) with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth) with intent to sell, two counts of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance (Alprazolam) with intent to sell, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance (Escitalopram Oxalate) with intent to sell, possession of a schedule V controlled substance (Gabapentin) with intent to sell, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm during commission of a dangerous felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon

Amber Marie Taylor – possession of a schedule I controlled substance (Heroin) with intent to sale, possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Fentanyl) with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth) with intent to sell, two counts of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance (Alprazolam) with intent to sell, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance (Escitalopram Oxalate) with intent to sell, possession of a schedule V controlled substance (Gabapentin) with intent to sell, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm during commission of a dangerous felony and introduction of contraband into a penal institution

Paul Junior Boshears- especially aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault

Dylan Jonah Ward – four counts fraudulent use of credit/debit card less than $1,000, four counts theft less than $1,000

Joshua Ivan Diehl- theft over $2,500

Elizabeth Dawn Leinart- theft over $1,000

Misty Leann Hopson- leaving the scene of an accident, violation of the financial responsibility law, driving on roadways laned for traffic

Larry Edward Lovitt II- attempted second degree murder, employing firearm during commission of dangerous felony, two counts aggravated assault, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon

Charles Alexander Clark – DUI, DUI over .02
