LAFOLLETTE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – “The Campbell County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism is accepting bids for the Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner that will be held on Thursday, June 08, 2023, at 5:30pm at the Ball Farm Event Center.

There are bid options available. There is dinner and dessert or bid for both. In bid pricing for both, please denote the pricing separately for easy comparison with the single bids. 

The Catering Bid should include the following items:

Dinner with two proteins, two side dishes, cold salad, dessert, and drinks for up to 250 people (with the ability to adjust the final numbers subject upon the number of tickets sold by no later than Friday, June 02, 2023)

Paper products, plates, cups, cutlery, and other utensils.

All components of the bid will be itemize.

Bid must include delivery fees, set up and clean up, and break down, necessary equipment, and support staff tablecloths for all event tables (if available) pricing.

Chamber membership is required. The Chamber reserves the right to waive any informality, or reject and any all bids.
