JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- Last week, the Campbell County Grand Jury returned the following indictments:

Jimmy Ray Whitaker- aggravated assault by domestic abuse/felony domestic assault

Kelli Davison – second offense DUI

Margaret Ann Riggs – possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Methamphetamine), possession of a schedule II controlled substance   

Kelli Davison – aggravated assault by domestic abuse/felony domestic assault 

Donald Harris Hunter- vehicular assault, DUI, DUI over. 08

David Dewayne Allen- domestic assault, vandalism, interference with emergency calls

Whitney L. Odell- aggravated assault by domestic abuse/felony domestic assault, three counts of aggravated child abuse and neglect

Melissa Gail Whitsell- second offense DUI, second offense driving on a revoked license       

Daniel Edward Sebby- DUI, two counts reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, vehicular assault, two counts reckless aggravated assault, second offense driving on a suspended driver’s license

Amanda Brooke Bryant  – aggravated assault by domestic abuse/felony domestic assault 

These individuals will be arraigned April 17 at 9am in criminal court.
