People came out for an enjoyable day at Seargeant’s Park.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The annual Campbell County Shows Off Festival was held Saturday in the heart of La Follette. This multicultural event, “In It Together, Come Together,” was held under a sunny sky with temps flirting with 90-degrees at Seargeant’s Park. WLAF’s Charlie Hutson share his photo gallery HERE.

The Campbell County High School Choir performed early on in Saturday’s Shows Off Festival. WLAF’s Clayton Carroll (below) plays the keyboard.

Stage performances included Ray Graham, Jay Jay Russell, Brent Branam, Tanasi Fusion, the CCHS Choir, Josh McDowell, Diamond Zion, Kevin Mahoney, Darrell Wallace and Drunk Uncle.

Vendors were scattered around the park.

There was also a free book fair open to all ages.

Saturday’s event ran from 11am until 8pm.

The Campbell County Historical Society Museum and Library hosted a booth with genealogical and early settlers’ information. Missi Woods Brown was on hand to answer questions. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 06/05/2023-6AM)
